As we see in this picture, Washu-chan is in the outfit that made her famous in Tenchi Universe (a.k.a. Tenchi Muyo! TV Series). I dunno why Jesse, from Team Rocket, is there, maybe she's getting help from a genius how to catch Pikachu?

This Ryo-Ohki roamed around the convention floor offering to do her dance for a hug, some food,or anything. But I doubt it's the food since she was holding a carrot. You guys can make whatever assumption from there.

Another Washu fanatic at Otakon, this time dressed in a Nurse's Outfit (as seen in OVA episode 7l). She was actually happy when people recognized her, some said she look like Nurse Joy from Pokémon, those evil bastards!
