Seina Yamada is a good friend of Tenchi and the family and his parents run a small grocery. However, what makes him an interesting test subject is that he has unusually high levels of bad luck; so much so that it can affect others around him. However, he seems to be lucky in one department... the women! All of them seem to adore him, but sadly, he is oblivious to there feelings. A cadet at the Galaxy Police, he is a cautious, yet collective person at critical moments.
