In my Magical Girl Research, I have found that this boy might hold some answers. Associated with Pixy Misa, I feel that he might have some power over her, or maybe it's just a crush. Regardless, this boy seems to disappear as soon as he appears. My theory is that maybe he can transform into an animal... possibly a bird or something, so he'll not be detected. Ha ha, now that's funny!
